BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS: First and foremost, I oversee all financial matters of the diocese. In addition, I manage the offices of real estate/building/renovation, all aspects of insurance throughout the diocese (Property/Liability, Work-Comp, Auto, and self-insured Health Plan), employee benefits, and accounting and HR support for all of our parishes and schools. Throughout my tenure I have implemented standardization for accounting, parish census, and payroll software including a standardized chart of accounts. I implemented a parish audit program and most recently launched a parish accounting services program.
BRIEFLY DESCRIBE YOUR BACKGROUND PRIOR TO WORKING FOR THE (ARCH)DIOCESE: Following college and prior to my work for the services I worked for five years at a tax firm.
ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION: Married 31 years and a very proud “Auntie” to seven nephews and one niece. I enjoy hanging out and laughing with family and friends. I also love to cook and bake.
