Michael Levin



Michael (Mike) Levin joined Gallagher’s Retirement Plan Consulting Practice in 2007 and brings more than 30 years of experience helping employers design, manage, and enhance retirement programs. He advises organizations on 403(b), 401(k), defined benefit pension, and executive retirement plans, with a focus on aligning retirement benefits with organizational and employee needs. Mike has extensive expertise serving dioceses, religious organizations, and nonprofit institutions, including more than 20 years working with lay and priest pension plans and diocesan 403(b) programs. Prior to joining Gallagher, he held senior client management and advisory leadership roles at national consulting firms, as well as positions with Travelers Asset Management and State Street Global Advisors. A member of Gallagher’s National Religious and Nonprofit Practice leadership team, Mike is a frequent speaker at diocesan and church administration conferences on retirement plan strategies and challenges facing religious organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Drew University and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®).
