Daniel Romanski, CAWC, CRIS is an Area Vice President with Gallagher, where he advises dioceses, nonprofits, universities and other mission driven organizations on risk management policies and strategies, property and casualty programs, and organizational resilience. With a background spanning risk consulting, complex workers compensation programs and insurance brokerage, Dan brings a practical perspective to helping leaders make informed decisions by focusing on bringing stakeholders together to build institutional trust and a foundation for effective risk management over the long term. He is a Board Member of the Golden Gate Chapter of Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and the father of two risk averse ten-year-old boys.
