Conan Bardwell, CIRA, CFE, is Chief Financial Officer for the Diocese of Tucson. He
brings nearly two decades of consulting and restructuring experience, including
extensive work with dioceses and other nonprofit organizations. Before serving in
diocesan leadership, he worked with Keegan Linscott & Associates, advising clients on
financial reporting, strategic planning, restructuring, and complex operational matters.
He has significant experience in diocesan bankruptcy and reorganization matters and
brings both practical financial leadership and mission-focused perspective to these
issues.
