Rani Heck joined Gallagher in 2013 and brings more than 25 years of experience in employee benefits consulting, client management, and strategic relationship leadership. As a Lead Benefits Consultant. she serves as a trusted advisor to clients, leading relationships at the enterprise level and helping organizations align their benefits programs with their broader business objectives. In her role, Rani partners closely with client leadership to develop and execute strategic benefit initiatives, conduct business planning and quarterly performance reviews, identify emerging trends and best practices, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. She also oversees complex vendor and contract negotiations, drives long-term benefit strategies, and helps clients navigate evolving healthcare and workforce challenges. Rani is dedicated to Gallagher’s Religious Practice and has extensive experience serving Catholic dioceses, archdioceses, religious orders, and other faith-based organizations across the country. She is passionate about helping religious organizations develop sustainable and mission-aligned benefits strategies, while addressing the unique administrative, financial, and compliance considerations associated with church plans and faith-based employers.
