Archbishop Fabre is the 5th Archbishop (and 10th bishop) of the Archdiocese of Louisville, having been appointed by Pope Francis on February 8, 2022. Ordained a priest for the Diocese of Baton Rouge, he previously served as the Bishop of Houma-Thibodaux and as an Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of New Orleans. His Episcopal Motto is: "Consolamini, consolamini, popule meus" ("Comfort my people").

Sheila R. Murray, CPA, MBA, CDFM, CGMA, served as Chief Financial Officer of the Diocese of Greensburg from 2010 to 2026, following her tenure as Director of Financial Operations from 1996 to 2010. As CFO, Mrs. Murray oversaw the Diocese’s business services, including finance, information technology, conference center operations, and facilities management, and also provided oversight of the International Priest Program. In addition, she managed the diocesan self-insurance fund along with the diocesan investments, including two pension plans, endowments, the parish deposit and loan fund, and short-term operational investments.
Debbie Swisher has served as the CFO of the Diocese of Lexington for ten years. Prior to that, she was the Controller of the Diocese of Lexington for fifteen years. She has attended twenty-four DFMC Conferences, and this year will conclude six years, or two full terms, of DFMC governing board service. Debbie is the President Emerita of the DFMC and also served as Secretary and Treasurer of the Board prior to her election as President. Prior to coming to work for the Church, Debbie successfully owned and operated retail businesses in four malls, and worked at a public accounting firm, focused principally on audits. Debbie has been married to her husband Bob for 39 years. They are blessed with two adult children, Will and Anne Marie. Debbie is a breast cancer survivor/thriver.

Alessandro graduated summa cum laude from Notre Dame with a double major in finance and economics, as well as a minor in Italian. He began his career on Wall Street at Goldman Sachs before becoming a private-equity investor in Chicago, focusing on the financial technology and services industries. After a series of life- changing experiences in prayer, Alessandro left his career to join friends and fellow Notre Dame alumni to build Hallow, a Catholic prayer and meditation app. Hallow has raised over $50M from venture investors, including General Catalyst and Peter Thiel.
